Shipping Policy
How soon I can get my order
Normally you can get your order delivered in 5-10 business days.
- Most of the products are In-stock (in Canada) and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We will update you on your order within 24-48 hours after you place an order with us.
In case your leather bag is not here in Canada then we ship directly from our factory after making it. We will notify you in this case by email or phone call.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 Working Days.
- Shipping time: 5-10 Working Days.
Where can I ship to?
- We ship nearly everywhere in Canada and USA, but if you want to ship anywhere else then visit our contact us page or email at [email protected] and contact us to arrange to ship to your country.
- We mostly ship from our Vancouver/Surrey location but if your ordered product is not here then we ship directly from our factory.
- Provide us with your zip code, city and country to calculate the shipping cost.
- Do not hesitate to contact us regarding any of our products. We ship anywhere in the world from our Vancouver or Surrey warehouse.
- To ensure that orders being sent to rural route addresses and PO Boxes get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number when you place your order. Extra fees would be charged if the address is not correct or wrong.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, you can get free shipping on orders over $300 (with a few exceptions) in USA and Canada. Visit our contact us page and contact us for information on how it works.
Why don't I have a choice in shipping options?
At checkout, we provide the most economical and efficient shipping options available. In some situations, you'll only see one shipping option because it's both the fastest and least expensive for this shipment.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines for 2022
Make sure your gifts arrive on time
If want all of your holiday gifts to arrive by Dec. 24 or Christmas this year, you'd better finish your gift shopping soon. Check out the year-end gift-shipping deadline information below for Canada Post for U.S. Postal Service.
Holiday delivery deadlines only apply for products that are in stock at the time of purchase. An additional delay of 3-5 days can occur for products. Please note that this is not a delivery guarantee as further delays that are out of our control may still occur.
Canada Post
For shipping within the U.S.:
- Dec. 12: Last day to ship via Expedited Parcel ( 5-8 Business Days).
- Dec. 16: Last day to ship via Xpresspost (3-4 Business Days)
- Dec. 21: Last day to ship via Priority
For shipping within Canada:
- Dec. 12: Last day to ship via Expedited Parcel ( 5-8 Business Days).
- Dec. 21: Last day to ship via Xpresspost (3-4 Business Days)
- Dec. 22: Last day to ship via Priority
UPS
For shipping within the U.S.:
- Dec. 19: Last day to ship UPS 3 Day Select (for delivery on Friday, Dec. 23)
- Dec. 21: Last day to ship via UPS 2nd Day Air (for delivery on Friday, Dec. 23)
- Dec. 22: Last day to ship via UPS 2nd Day Air (must use Saturday Delivery option for packages to be delivered before Christmas Day) and UPS Next Day Air (for delivery by Friday, Dec. 23)
- Dec. 23: Last day to ship via UPS Next Day Air (must use Saturday Delivery option for packages to be delivered before Christmas Day)
